• Experience providing L1/L2 IT support and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Strong knowledge of VPN, LAN/WAN, and remote connectivity.
