Job Summary

The Clinical Physiotherapist II is an advanced position in pelvic health physiotherapy services for the adult population. This position is responsible for the development and delivery of programs designed to meet the special needs of adult clients with pelvic health dysfunction including incontinence (urinary, fecal) and dyspareunia. The caseload will include the pregnant population in the pre-natal and post-partum period as well as post-surgical clients. Some of this caseload occurs in an inpatient setting and may include a General Medicine, off-service patient caseload. A significant portion of the caseload is ambulatory and is comprised primarily of people with uro-gynecological dysfunction. The fluctuating inpatient caseload consists of a variety of postsurgical clients which may have complex issues requiring intensive physiotherapy interventions including chest physiotherapy, mobility, rehabilitation and discharge planning, in an interdi...
