Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Care
• Plan, direct, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate resident care services
• Align resident care services with needs of internal and external community
• Oversee financial and human resource management of the Nursing department
• Maintain the Nursing department in accordance with legislative and professional standards
• Liaise with hospital and medical staff, community and healthcare partners to ensure effective care delivery in the home
