DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with a multidisciplinary team, the Social Worker / Mental Health Clinician will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment; group psychotherapy; brief individual and family therapy; and discharge planning for children and youth with psychiatric illnesses admitted to the inpatient unit. The role also supports outpatients, maintaining a small caseload and facilitating one group per week in that department.
