The successful candidate will assist the HVAC crew in completing heat pump installations, panel swaps and upgrades, and other necessary electrical work in a residential setting

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC crew on all heat pump inspections, installations and service
• Install and service electrical panels, breakers, receptacles, switches, and lighting
• Perform service upgrades and panel replacements
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Ensure all work complies with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) and Ontario Electrical Code
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
