About the Role

Design custom enclosures and mechanical components for biosensors and lab equipment. Collaborate with engineers to turn sensor needs into 3D-printed or machined solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Model sensor housings, brackets, and fixtures
• Create 3D files for printing (STL, OBJ, STEP)
• Prepare technical drawings with tolerances
• Iterate designs based on lab feedback
• Ensure ergonomic and compact design integration

Core Skills

• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD
• Understanding of mechanical design and tolerance
• Familiarity with 3D printing and materials
• Assembly and hardware fitment knowledge
