The successful applicant will:

• Be an excellent communicator and writer, with strong knowledge dissemination skills, specifically the ability to transform academic and technical findings into simple, accessible language for a range of stakeholders, including audiences with and without scientific knowledge;
• Have published in the areas of food science, food chemistry, food sensory science, and sensory evaluation;
• Have extensive experience working with students in classroom and laboratory settings, specifically related to training in food science, food safety, food chemistry, product development, and sensory evaluation;
• Have extensive knowledge of Compusense software and Design Expert;
• Have strategic vision and planning skills for the development of online learning expectations for the Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences;
