Overview

McMaster University, in conjunction with Hamilton Health Sciences, is seeking a full‑time Academic Hepatobiliary Surgeon to be based primarily at the Juravinski Hospital. The HPB Plastic Surgery Program serves a catchment area of more than 2.5 million residents and provides tertiary and quaternary level care, supporting surgical oncology, trauma, general surgery, and rehabilitation services. The Division is fully accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and actively engages in undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing medical education. The Department of Surgery, alongside the General Surgeon Division, is also accredited and plays a key role in faculty development.
