What you’ll do

As an Account Coordinator in the Account Services team, you’ll have the chance to:

Client Service

  • Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all MiQ clients.
  • Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless.
  • Work alongside an Account Manager to support on meetings, data requests & client entertainment where appropriate.
  • Develop knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ and our clients.

    • Campaign Management

  • Pre-campaign:
  • Facilitation of pre campaign documents.
  • Assist clients with creative specs
  • Manage creative tag trafficking.
