Account Director

Hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario, requiring 3 days per week at the client office.

Qualifications

• 10‑12+ years of experience with exposure to brand agency.
• Command of agency services and ability to influence strategic recommendations and client‑side decision‑making as the agency lead for assigned brand/portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Account lead – Owns several brands or one large brand.
• Expert in all aspects of client business, able to speak to category, cross channels, audiences, and larger internal teams.
• Oversee accounts totaling $4‑6M+ in agency fee.
• Present with an authoritative and strategic mindset when meeting with the team, agency leaders, or clients.
• Masterful communicator with listening, speaking, and business writing skills; knows when to call, visit the client, or email.
