Account Executive

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Executive to manage strategic accounts and drive growth. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with multi-site retail, hospitality, and commercial organizations, ensuring their signage remains compliant, functional, and aligned with brand standards. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in strategic account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experience while managing complex projects.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Develop and maintain relationships with facility and property management teams

Coordinate emergency and reactive service needs across multiple client locations

Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for service work, retrofits, and upgrades

Maintain CRM data and service reporting to track project history and trends
