Account Executive, Group Benefits


Are you a relationship-driven benefits professional who thrives on ownership, strategy, and service excellence? Do you enjoy balancing client leadership with collaboration and growth initiatives? If so, we’d love to meet you.


As an Account Executive, Group Benefits, you will take full ownership of a renewal book of business while delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to new business growth.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of group benefits clients, driving retention and long-term relationship growth

  • Lead the full renewal cycle: negotiate terms, prepare and present renewal options, and deliver quarterly performance updates

  • Prepare and submit Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze insurer quotes, negotiate final terms, and present strategic recommendations
