Job Description

**About Graphisoft**:
Working collaboratively with colleagues from other departments, you will nurture leads, guide them through the sales cycle, and complete sales with confidence. You must be skilled at asking insightful questions, identifying customer needs, and demonstrating how our solutions resolve their challenges and propel their businesses forward. The Account Executive will report to the Sales Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete focus on Direct Install base only
- Identify and close: X selling, Upselling, Upgrading opportunities
- Helping to resolve ongoing customer issues, account reviews
- Decision making on account-based requirements, negotiations, account planning/scoping, CRM input and keeping up to date
- Improve and maintain Sales Cloud structure for accurate subscription accounts, opportunities and contacts
- Client visits, attend Graphisoft events
