The Account management team manages businesses within the different categories such as Fashion, Beauty & Multi Categories ( Home and Living, Electronics or FMCG). The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop.
This role is based in our Munich office. Responsibilities: - Map the responsible category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with partners
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category and build clear roadmap to manage long-tail partners
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance
- Partners acquisition and onboarding: identify potential partners, build onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education) and set up their mid and long term account plan and help them grow their business sustainably on the platform
