The Account Manager, Automotive Collections is responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding automotive loans throughout all stages of the collections cycle. This includes contacting members regarding overdue payments, negotiating repayment arrangements, and guiding accounts from early delinquency through to charge off or repossession.
