What the day will look like

+ Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across diversified market segments

+ Work with other teams in cross-selling activities

+ Convert opportunities by demonstrating expertise and ability to meet clients' needs

+ Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Skills and experience that will lead to success

+ Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ working experience in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred. Solid experience in Employee Benefits is a definite advantage.
