Purpose of the Role

The Business Development Account Manager is responsible for promoting the full range of LifeLabs services to corporate and SMB accounts within assigned business segments. The incumbent executes corporate strategies and segment plans that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships to achieve established sales targets.

In this role, the Business Development Account Manager is accountable for sourcing, securing, and onboarding new business and managing existing client relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent delivery of value.
