Job Description
To successfully handle the tasks, you should have:
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage, as we work with clients worldwide.
Higher education in Marketing, Philology, Business, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in client communication, account management, customer support, or customer success.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach.
Confident PC user with experience using Google Workspace and online communication tools.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Consult clients on platform functionality and services via chat and email.
Conduct online meetings and consultations with clients through Google Meet, Telegram, and other communication channels.
