Account Manager: Allie Systems In the intersection of Industrial AI and manufacturing operations, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing commercial team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary owner of customer relationships across our manufacturing accounts, combining business acumen with a genuine understanding of plant floor operations to drive retention, expansion, and long-term value delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in either Monterrey or Mexico City. Main Responsibilities Own the full commercial lifecycle of assigned accounts: retention, expansion, contract negotiation, and billing execution. Maintain an active quarterly plan per account covering value delivered, open opportunities, identified risks, and next steps with defined dates.
