As an Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main focus will be on understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and proactively providing solutions that enhance their experience with our services. You will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with clients and driving retention and upselling initiatives.

The Role

As an Account Manager Small Accounts, you'll be responsible for developing a portfolio of 200-300 accounts. Your role involves proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
