This role is for an Account Specialist, primarily supporting the account management team in executing and managing client campaigns. Key responsibilities include client communication, administrative tasks for accounts, and assisting with publisher management. The role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness to both clients and internal teams, and proactive collaboration within the team. The individual will learn to understand client performance, Rakuten Advertising products, and develop presentation and analytical skills.
