About the Role Our client is seeking an Accountant with US GAAP experience to serve as the primary owner of their accounting function. This role is ideal for a highly capable, self-directed accountant who enjoys end-to-end ownership, thrives in a fast-growing startup environment, and partners closely with leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and decision-useful financials. This role requires sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to proactively surface issues and recommendations rather than waiting for direction. You will work directly with the Director of Finance and company leadership, supported by strong external partners (tax and audit), and play a critical role in building and maintaining scalable accounting processes as the company grows.
