Job Description

Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming supplier invoice documents;
  • Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
  • Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
  • Create and update process documentation;
  • Liaise and follow up with colleagues in plants, purchasing, and other Webasto teams to solve issues with invoices;
  • Vendor account maintenance;
  • Goods Receipt/Invoices Receipt analysis;
  • Management of queries/tickets from vendors and internal customers.
