Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee accounting and administrative processes.
- Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and accounting reports.
- Supervise compliance with tax and accounting obligations.
- Support budget administration and expense control.
- Coordinate procedures with government and financial institutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the financial operation of project.
- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to commute to the southern area of Guadalajara.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting and administrative tools (e.g., CONTPAQi, advanced Excel).
- Proven experience in general, tax, and administrative accounting.
