Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, prepare legal and business agreements, oversee taxation filings, and ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations within a fast-paced, multi-client production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and manage client/vendor agreements, contracts, NDAs, and related business documentation.
• Handle corporate taxation: HST/GST filings, payroll remittances, T4/T5 preparation, and annual returns per CRA regulations.
