**Position Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for performing the day-to-day accounting activities for the Treasury.
- Expense voucher preparation, payment with necessary approval & reconciliation with system.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Provide updates to the financial controller on any problems with payments by doing review in case the payments are rejected and taking necessary corrective action- Assist with month-end closing and support the Auditors with necessary backups after the Month end close per request.
- Respond to requests, working papers, observations, and/or audit findings.
- Downloading electronic account statements for reconciliation with SAP- Reviewing and Booking expenses relating to Credit card Payments.
- Downloading Proof of payments for Bank Website for every payment and maintaining the supporting documents for Audit purpose.
