Main Responsibilities

• Process and review supplier invoices with accuracy and completeness - match invoices to POs, process non-PO invoices, check legal/fiscal requirements and internal procedures, ensure compliance with procedures for approving differences
• Manage supplier's mailbox - communicate with suppliers regarding billing activities, resolving queries, managing supplier accounts, returning duplicates of credit notes
• Monitor the rejection of invoices to suppliers due to non-compliance with legal or internal company requirements
