Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Accounting Assistant, on behalf of a leading company in the sector of 3rd party logistics!

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Support the processing and recording of supplier and customer invoices.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of payment runs and monitoring of incoming payments.
  • Assist with the follow-up of outstanding invoices and vendor inquiries.
