The Junior Accounting Clerk supports the Finance & Administration Department in maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant financial records. Reporting to the Accountant, the role is responsible for assisting daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), expense verification, transaction processing, financial reporting support, and documentation management.

Key responsibilities include processing financial transactions, performing invoice and payment verification, supporting reconciliations and month-end closing activities, maintaining proper accounting records, assisting tax and audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, HSE, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
