This is a hands‑on accounting leadership role responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, and the integrity of financial data. The Accounting Manager will own the month‑end and year‑end close cycle, drive process and policy development, and manage a small team of finance and accounting staff. The role sits within a manufacturing environment and works closely with senior finance leadership including the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (ASPE and US)
• Deliver weekly 13‑week cash flow reporting and facilitate weekly A/R Aging meetings to ensure timely collections and follow‑ups
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial reporting; maintain consistency with applicable accounting standards
