Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the GP Partners, this role is responsible for managing all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting forward planning and sustainability of the practice.

Manage invoices, payments, and financial queries. Maintain Xero records and reconcile accounts. Oversee payroll and pensions administration. Submit ARRS and other NHS claims. Prepare financial reports for GP Partners. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimisation. Lead year‑end financial preparation and accountant liaison.
