Job Description
Enhance your financial expertise with TGA GROUP as an Accounts Payable Administrator. In this vital role, you'll ensure accurate vendor invoicing and timely reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.
TGA GROUP is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Administrator to join their expanding team. This position requires a candidate with a minimum of five years in accounts payable, offering a chance to manage full cycle accounts payable functions effectively. You will conduct vendor reconciliations, data entry tasks, and contribute to month-end closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation submission
• Generate purchase orders when required
• Manage full cycle accounts payable for multiple entities
• Obtain signatures on all cheques promptly
• Assist in credit card and bank reconciliations
Requirements:
• Degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of accounts payable experience
