Responsibilities:
All aspects of accounts payable, including:
β’ Receiving vendor invoices and matching them to approved purchase orders
β’ Post all open items in A/P on a daily basis
β’ Prepare weekly accounts payable cheques.
β’ Assist in monthly closing
Analyze vendor accounts and request for missing information.
Answer all vendor inquiries.
Prepare daily deposit reconciliations
Answering phones: directing calls, paging
Cross-training for other accounting department functions (illness/vacation coverage).
Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
