Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for an Accounts Payable Clerkto join their team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Statement vendor account reconciliation
  • Data entry
  • Processing expense batches
  • Wire payments
  • Processing of inventory invoices, including matching, verification of information, - high volume
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Account reconciliations
  • Vendor inquiries
    • Qualifications:
  • - years' experience in Accounts Payable/ experience in a similar role in high volume environment
  • Wire Payments
  • International and Domestic transactions
  • Handling high volume queries
