Job Summary

& Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

  • Responsible for timely and accurately processing of invoices and payments for Costa Rica site.
  • Analyzes invoices, purchase orders and accounting records to record expenses and transactions in the correct accounts and cost centers.
  • Provide timely responses to all accounts payable inquiries and collaborate with operations team and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Develops projections and prepares reports such as accounts payables accruals, cash flow projections.
  • Journal entries processing and reconciliations
  • Other accounting tasks as assigned.
