The Opportunity

The Accounts Payable Clerk role requires a detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive individual with basic accounting knowledge to manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices and payments for Moment Energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the finance team with accounts payable cycle, including receiving, coding, and entering a high volume of invoices and expense reports into the accounting system.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Engineering and Production departments.
• Process weekly payment runs and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
