Herbert Williams is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Scarborough, Ontario to support financial operations, billing processes, and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Process and enter work orders for invoicing

Review, verify, and correct billing discrepancies

Transfer validated work orders into invoicing systems

Post payments and deposits to customer accounts and the general ledger

Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Manage accounts receivable filing systems and documentation

Process COD payments, including credit card and cash transactions
