• Processing EFT payments and Online banking payments, scan for electronic filing and file.
• Processing Pre-Authorized Debits, set up new customers for CAFT
• Processing e-transfer payments for ROA
• Process vault transactions
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Processing ROA’s and open account payments
• Maintain and update customer information in the vault and accounting software
• Contacting members beyond credit terms
• Cardlock card maintenance
• Emailing all forms for customers applying for credit
• Processing of credit applications.
• Update customer email accounts as required for accounting software and e-statement program
