Position Description:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator, reporting to the Controller, is responsible for providing support to the Finance team by managing daily accounting tasks. This is an entry level position. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator understands accounting principles and is able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator’s accounting, organization and interpersonal skills will make a significant contribution to the overall efficiency of the Finance team.

As a facility, Science World is generally open to the public seven days a week, with some extended evening hours in the summer months. Typical office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, with front-facing and operational teams also working a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
