Job Responsibilities

• Research and modelling support for analysing drivers of mortality, morbidity and future trends
• Research and modelling support emerging areas of biometric risk
• Research and benchmarking of studies, pricing bases, models, regulations, and data sources to support actuarial pricing projects

Required Skills

• Enrolled at the University level and pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics, with a major in Actuarial Science
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge and understanding of actuarial concepts at a level commensurate with applicant's educational experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in VBA
• Passed at least one SOA exam
