Job Description
Join Acuren as a Revenue Coordinator in Goderich, ON, where you’ll handle payroll and invoicing in a full-time capacity. This detail-oriented position supports finance operations within an innovative team.
We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum of three years in finance or administration. You will manage payroll entries, invoicing processes, and various administrative tasks while collaborating closely with team members. Strong MS Word and Excel skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and verify daily time sheet data
• Conduct payroll checks and submit invoice batches
• Monitor client purchase orders and unbilled revenue
• Assist with opening job entries in the system
• Process invoices for Accounts Payable
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
