Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Administration Assistant.

Contract: 6 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $50 p/h + Super

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the business unit, including managing phone calls, correspondence, payments, data entry, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Deliver excellent customer service by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providing specialist advice and solutions where required.
- Maintain and update Council registers and systems relating to fire safety, essential services, and swimming pool compliance, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
