Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and proactive
Administration Specialist
to join our team and support different areas of the company through administrative coordination, vendor management, document control, and operational follow-up. Responsibilities:
• Vendor communication and follow-up • Management and tracking of vendor payments • Review and control of invoices and administrative documentation • Follow-up on internal documents, policies, and signatures • Support in the coordination of corporate events and internal activities • Follow-up on administrative and operational processes • Drafting and review of contracts • Employee support regarding administrative matters • Preparation and update of Excel reports • Follow-up on pending tasks and deadlines
Requirements:
