Job Description

This is a Temporary position who will report to the Administrative Supervisor.
**What Youβll Be Doing**
+ **Accounts Payable (AP):** Process and reconcile invoices, manage payment requests and vendor payments, and complete month-end accruals to support accurate financial reporting.
+ **Procurement, Inventory & Vendor Management:** Coordinate purchase orders and vendor documentation while maintaining accurate inventory, procurement, and system records through regular reconciliations and data validation.
+ **Operational Coordination:** Partner with operations, plant, and vendor teams to resolve discrepancies, support inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient invoice processing and payment workflows.
