Job Description

ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of a client, based in Thessaloniki, is currently looking an Administrative Assistant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing front desk operations and welcoming visitors
  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing, filing, and entering documents and data
  • Arranging travel and supporting expense reporting
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating with vendors

    • Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • 1–2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in a front-desk or visitor reception role
  • Native proficiency in Greek
  • Professional proficiency in English

    • Παροχές:

  • Working schedule Monday-Friday, hours 09.00am-17.00pm
