Job Description

An Audit Frim is Looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle office tasks and support compliance with company policies and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:



β€’ Coordinate with department heads and staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow for the General Manager’s office.

β€’ Manage all internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Cluster GM, including written and telephone communication.

β€’ Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems and ensure records are up to date.

β€’ Monitor office operations, communication channels, and cleanliness.

β€’ Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

β€’ Perform additional duties assigned by the management.



Qualifications:



β€’ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar executive support role.

β€’ Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written).
