Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all reports of expenses are analyzed in a timely manner with proper recording and reporting.
    • Record Credit card balances and report limits of credit weekly to the Technical Service Management.
  • Elaboration of budget requests for purchases with every cohort.
    • Fill up formats to request monthly meals for technicians.
  • Fill up and request credit card and TOKA cards every new generation of technicians.
    • Elaborate the Schedule for every new generation.
  • Elaborate monthly reports after having controlled the timesheets to calculate benefits for Technicians.
    • Follow up and register of events and sequences for VISA requests.
  • Reservations for hotels, flights, restaurants and car rentals for TSM & Technicians in Mexico for VISAs.
  • Develop and distribute accurate and timely reports that are responsive to management’s needs.
