Job Description
**Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager Responsibilities**:- Coordinate internal and external meetings- Manage complex calendar set-up and movement- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements- Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings- Build cross-functional relationships between departments- Main POC for the entire office- Provide operational support for the entire office to include partnering with IT, Facilities, Culinary, Security, and Health and Safety teams (where these resources exist)- Own and curate Office Welcome for all new hires- POC for sending and receiving all mail for employees- Organizing Office events, culture initiatives, and Q&As- Maintain and conduct inventory of office supplies- Assisting with site specific communications**Minimum Qualifications**:- 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives- 3+ years of rele...
