Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Wealth Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work as part of a team supporting consultants in all aspects of pensions consulting and actuarial work on both corporate and trustee clients.
You will work directly with consultants based in Ireland, as well as support teams located in both Portugal and Ireland, to coordinate and manage the delivery of services to our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Provide a full range of support and services to clients of the Private Wealth team.
- Support the team in processing new and existing business in a compliant manner.
- Draft client reports and collate valuations in line with the peer review process.
- Assist with pipeline reporting via online websites and the CRM system. <...
