Job Description

Our client in Kirkland s currently seeking an office administrator to join their dynamic, professional team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who prides themselves on their ability to offer exceptional service to exclusive clientele, as well as handling reception duties and a variety of administrative tasks.

Advantages
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Contract to hire position
Salary 21$-24$/hr

Responsibilities
Support the Director and contribute to administrative efficiency.
Respond to calls and inquiries in a timely manner.
Entering the orders to correspond with the transport companies in a timely manner.
Support the accounting department in billing tasks.
Answer customer questions related to billing.
Contact customers who are in arrears.
Order office supplies.
File documents.
Any other task requested by management.
